If it was a mistake or if they unknowingly advertised it, I can overlook it even if it shows how unprofessional they are. But first they gave me a different server (lets say its a mistake). Then I ask for correct server and they say they put me to a different server because I was in a hurry. Then when I ask to put me the correct one they they say they don't have it. I can believe its a mistake if it happened once.
They say they give money back in 24 hours. (that was their term in the website). But it took more than 3 days to receive the money.
Im not bad mouthing this service. If I wanted to do that I would just say something in 2 sentences and leave.

I explained in my last reply how I know screenshot is not a NL one.
At the end of the support ticket Markus K admitted that there are no servers in NL with that specs. (32 GB RAM)
But Peter S gave me that screenshot implying its a screenshot of NL server.
So how do Peter give me a screenshot of NL server with those specs (32 GB RAM) when Markus admitted when they don't have a NL server with those specs?

Finally I will say why Im doing this.
I don't have anything against this service or any of you. If I had I wouldn't say not to jump to conclusions about this service at the beginning of my last post and I wouldn't say server speeds are good (see the ticket). I could have just removed that part. I didn't black out the good things I said about them in that ticket.
All Im saying is they should be direct and honest with their clients. If they didn't have the server I requested, as soon as they realize it they should have told me. So I could have look elsewhere.
Instead they kept saying they have the server Im looking for. Because of this I wasted a day.
If I didn't speak up visitors will think they have all positive reviews and after they buy something like this could happen and their time also will be wasted. Just because a service have positive reviews that doesn't mean they are perfect. I would like to remind you that Im not the only one who is not happy with their service.
I posted explaining everything because this should be a lesson to them. So they should understand that if they don't act professionally, honestly there will be at least one person who will speak up. This should make them do their job more accurate.
Like all other people positive review this was my review. Unfortunately I only talked about the bad things only. I apologize for that.
