In rarlink's cloud storage PPS is 90% for initial sales and 90% for rebills.

I am Affiliate person of rarlink.com – Your Rar-File Hosting Service.

Non-affiliate uploads goes to pre-approval stage. If you want to become an affiliate you'd need to contact us first then we will activate your affiliate account further.

Automatic withdrawal: Your payouts will be send every day in Bitcoin(Preferred), WMZ (webmoney), Wire and/or Bank Transfer.
The minimum payout is $30.

We offer for our partners the following rates to make money:
PPS – For initial and rebill payments of sales – 90% (85+5) , You can earn profit from each sales of premium accounts. We pay 90% of sales and recurring payments to our affiliates.
We accept: VISA, MasterCard, Amex, Dinero, Discover, AliPay, Webmoney and Bitcoin.
Revenue for site owners – 5% .

We pay 5% for website owners for every purchase of premium accounts, which has links to the rarlink.
Note: We do not provide Pay Per Download currently. But slowly integrating it.
Referral Program – 5%. Referral – the user of rarlink who registered for the service through a link on your file. When your referral earns revenue from premium sale, you get 5% of its income.

This file host is currently not for pay per download. But pay per sale. For the people who can set prices for files and "premium only" files. 60% rate is fair because we do not cheat like others (some others offers 90%).

We are slowly integrating ppd system. But we are more focused on PPS (which is 70% for new sales and rebills).
We can also make deal with administrators to make a decent PPS offer for now.

Minimum payout is $25 USD or euro?
in my account the balance is shown as the euro currency
 
on the page of the site at the request payments I see that the minimum payment is 50 euros, on the partner program page I see 25 dollars, in my account I see the euro icon, also on the partner program page you for how many downloads there is a payment in dollars?, I am so I suppose for a thousand downloads ?, you have a complete mess on the file hosting, fix everything,you the administrator, on the partner program page write what exactly for a thousand downloads there a tariff plan PPD, on the payments page you must indicate that the minimum payment of 25 USD instead of 50 euros, in the account, instead of the euro sign, you put the dollar sign,until you correct these important points I will not work in such a mess

on the site there should be an discipline(everything should ideally be correctly spelled out), I ask to correct on a site all those incorrect data about which I wrote above

Paypal don't allow storage sites since 2013. We don't use it for payments. But for the B2B payouts we pay our affiliates by Paypal. Check our affiliation page.

We can pay by both USD or EUR.
 
I uploaded the file (230 Mb) and I wanted to download, there was an inscription: "You have reached the download-limit: 50 Mb for last 3 days".
Once again I wanted to download. It is written: "This file reached max downloads limit".
Filehosting doesn't work.

The first error is now fixed.
Second one is for scam-protection only.
 
Update:
Non-affiliate file uploads goes to pre-approval stage. If you want to become an affiliate without any file approval stage you need to contact us first and we can discuss about the sale percentage & rates. (Updated 07/30/2018)
