Well the bottleneck still exist till now and maybe continuing forever...24 hours and the same problem continues..the encoding won't start..it's not a bottleneck i think it's the bad service..anyways i will switch to another provider

It is not an standard hardware that you can find on server hosting sites... that we use for converting, each encoding server needs built.
