Well the bottleneck still exist till now and maybe continuing forever...24 hours and the same problem continues..the encoding won't start..it's not a bottleneck i think it's the bad service..anyways i will switch to another provider

Well firstable hostgator is no offshore is onshore regarding to their servers where located in US..They do allow porn linking only and a legal porn which doesn't break the DMCA.
