Hello, there is any problem with payment rate? Today i see: 5.16138 $ per 10.000 Views instead of 12$ as declared on Rewards Table for Tier 3

^^ Get used to it. This is obviously how this hoster works.
Payment rates are adjusted arbitrarily every other day. So right now the rates seem to be only half as high as yesterday. Nothing for serious hosting. So happy I'm with other stable hosters now with constant earnings.

EDIT:
Tier 1 has been set to generous 1 USD / 1k Views now = 60 % drop (!!!) from yesterday's rate.
