Hello, it's been almost 1 month to try to reply to me, but I noticed that in paypal it has been declined, but then my balance of 33 dollars has not appeared in my account.

ex Paypal declined : ID: 1381
Balance : 33 dollars

In my account the record I had when I made 33 dollars withdrawal for paypal, was deleted. I do not have the balance in my account and apart from the registration. One moment to another disappeared from my account, but I am aware that it was only $ 33.

It's so difficult to upload videos to raptu today...
The normal upload is so slow and it keeps showing "Error Unknown error."
And the remote upload keeps failing, I need to add URL multiple time.

This is nice, I should start working with you today. If I upload video and srt sub with same name in same folder, subtitle will be loaded or need to load subtitle from player?

You need to upload the subtitles by using the CC button in the Filemanager or use the subtitle from external URL.

why is raptu redirect to bitporno now? Is raptu in maintenance?

I was trying to upload subtitles to some videos but it seems not working on bitporno.

We warned you 1 month ago, we are closing Raptu and now its closed, due too much abuse of storage. Everyone was abusing raptu for spam, free storage and as free encoding services, etc. With very low ad rates, it is not possible to finance it anymore, so we redirected it to BitPorno and deleting user accounts who use too much storage space soon.

If that abuse happens in RapidVideo again, we will charge the users for storage costs of 5-10$ per TB, if there is too little views or none views.

Subs will work again.

I didn't get the closing notification email...
Will you delete those accounts which use many storage spaces but brought views?
 
Yes, for example 50 TB storage, but 1000 views per day, we will delete accounts such as this. But the users will given the option to buy storage monthly.
 
When you start CDN Video Hosting?

I prefer to use CDN Video Hosting and ready to pay for that. I only need my videos permament.
Earning doesn't matter.
