Yes, because we re-convert 50K files and today it is done soon. And also moving all files to new servers at the same time. So lot of work and pressure.
Your request was under 50$ for Payoneer. It must be mininum 50$ as stated in Terms of Conditions of Payooner ... We dont have a refund button in our payment system. So you need to request next one with mininum 20$ and tell me to combine it.
No, we are not. Bitcoins are not processed at this moment, because of the Bitcoins is heavily overloaded and it is bad if we have to resend every bitcoin payout manually after BTC timeouts.
We paid 30 random bitcoin payouts out, you can taste it now... how it feels to wait 1-2 weeks for btc payment to get confirmed.

Currently 130K unconfirmed and growing. Thats one of the major problems with Bitcoin.

with Webmoney you could process payments?
Fastest Payment method is always PayPal and Payooner.
If you suggest me an trusted exchanger from both methods to Bitcoin and Webmoney, both will fast too.

So why you don't wrote this information anywhere. First - on this site (raptu.com/?c=rewards) is info about 20$ and information about Payoneer don't exist. Second - site should block availability of payout when i want payout less than 50$. Third - why support don't answer, many people don't know that this forum exist.

1. You are a member of Payooner and you already seen this, when sending a payment to other Payooner users like this, we can't change the mininum fee. So you must already know it.
2. Our script are not programmed to block requests below 50 $ yet and also doesnt have a Refund option, we have to process every payment manually, one by one and there is not few payments daily.
3. Support are flooded with non-sense mails daily and Im the only one person in the staff to process everything, some mails is lost. We dont have a ticket system yet but planning to implement it.
So i don't know how it possible, but for example PopAds send payments less than 50$. I don't send money to other users by Payoneer so I don't know about this limit

Well, great to read here that people have already received their paymens from May 13 requests. My request is from May 2nd. Maybe you should process them in the order of request?
BTW: I have never had problems with bitcoin transactions so far with a minimal payout fee of a few cents. They have always arrived everywhere in hours.

We pay bitcoin payments manually and its a pain in ass to enter fee for every btc payments manually. Right now, bitcoin is stuck and there the cashflow is bad atm. Only PayPal, Payoneer and Webmoney is reliable and fast right now. I as Admin, am still looking for Exchangers from these 3 types to Bitcoins to pay the payments better..
I am still optimizing the whole infrastructure, so im still very busy to resolving every issues right now, thanks for the understanding.
