tipm, you are not our Boss. Please shut up, everything is still working. You need to wait some time until the encoding starts, it does not start all encoding immediately. FTP is working, you need to wait 5 minutes until everything is transferred to your account. We dont change ads.

We dont fix the stats system, its still working fine. Page Views are not same as Video Views.

Thanks for the Feedback, currently we are moving all files to new DC at m247.ro in Romania. We are about 70% done, we want offer better services and better Bandwidth to the World with low latency. Such as to US or Japan are no problem.

Requested payouts are processed within regulary 24 hours. Sometimes we need to take time longer than 24 hours.
To:
Requested payouts are processed within 7 days after the request.

Many viewer of mine are complaining because they are not able to watch Movies on their mobile devices
cuz of the ads, it's just impossible to start the video, even if they try 10 times

I am sorry to announce this, i tried hard enough to keep this business running and I decided to change the rates in half, due to very high costs for 720P and 1080P. We live from ads, so the advertizers gave us little and little money, there was a ecpm decrease in ad networks in general (about 40% drop in last 6 months, we earn from 4popups the same as from 1popup in 2013...) , so I cannot keep this up...However i am working on the sister project currently, which are optimized for making money online and there, i can give 50$ rates for Tier1, etc, but with 2 formats up to 1024x576p in reasonable quality with less filesize only, so it can run on cheaper servers. Whoever wants quality for his users, they can stay with Raptu and I already reduced the popup ads in Raptu.

I am sure we can find a solution and give different offers for users to choose.
