To both above questions, we do not offer managed services as standard - the servers are unmanaged. However, if you need a managed service you can message me here or email the sales department with what your requirements are - we should be able to offer you something.

i have payed the Q-X2000 at 07:20 this morning, now its 18:40 and I'm waiting and waiting... On the page it shows that this has an instant setup... i bought it with Windows Server 2008 Standard Edition x64, that was the only change and here its showing 1 is available http://www.rapidspeeds.com/index.php?a=dedicated&act=instantdeploy&id=217&plan=Q-X2000
so... wtf?!?!?!

There is two links - one for instant deployment (which is pre-installed operating systems/distros) or a normal dedicated server which is delivered within 24hrs (which is still a great turnaround time).

You picked the non instant deployment, check your billing area. You can also check your invoice. None of them say 'Instant Deployment' as you can see.

I do see where you have been confused, the 'normal' order now button is right next to the 'instant setup' order button, so we shall have a look at re-designing this slightly.

You will have your server within the next hour or so! Much quicker than the advertised 24hrs :)

Dedicated servers take a while to setup. Instant setup for dedicated servers would mean they will deliver it within 24 Hours.
Contact their support they will update you on it. :)

Nope, he's right. Instant Deployment Servers are delivered to the customer as soon as payment has been received.

I have now renewed my service with rapidspeeds,coz their services were awesome.
But the only thing that they have promised but havent delivered is 24hour customer services.They do reply to all tickets within 6hrs at the max, but atleast someone should be there at the chat round the clock to answer small questions.This is not a fight or something,one way you can even better your great service.


but whatever,their staff is very polite and always answer.

Thank you for the great feedback, as well as your comments - we take every customers opinion seriously. Soon we will be introducing SLA levels for customers who need an answer faster - right now though, 90% of tickets are answered within 1-4hours, which we think is fantastic for the price.

Hi Russhim, well we use one of the worlds most trusted credit card payment systems, provided by Barclays Bank (ePDQ).

If it denied your payment, it's because your details in our system to not exactly match those on the card you used.

It's also very sophisticated and flags fraud orders that are ordered from an IP in one country, and purchased with a card from another.

Anyways, this isn't the avenue you should use for such problems, those should be raised directly with us via Ticket :)

NL is what we started off with and we know it has enough bandwidth and a good enough network to satisfy anyone and everyone now. 99% of our customers are satisfied with the speeds and routing of the NL Servers and can only get better now LW have expanded into the US.

You asked only two pages ago about our Semi Dedicated line and we explained how we can't change hdd/ram on them? You may have missed it.

We don't want customers having anything but a good experience with RapidSpeeds, so we never plan to alter what we know works perfectly.

I wish I could help, but if you want a server with 1TB, you would need to purchase a S1000 (or S-X1000) or you can always opt for the Q-100 (dedicated server with 2x 1TB).

As for the USA promotion, it was supposed to be the 19th, but Sales are going so well we'll probably be sold out before then :)

If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to ask.
