Is evoboxes.net gone? The site has been blanked out for the last couple days. I had a couple mates that wanted to sign up but can't since the site doesn't seem to exist anymore. Is it coming back or should I just direct them to rapidspeeds.com instead?
 
Great Thanks. Although they were more than 6 hours late in realizing the problem :s

This was because we had to wait on Cisco delivering a new £20,000 blade. No company can afford to have one of those lying around spare. (but thankfully we were covered, but just under 6hrs for them to deliver a new one and us to reconfigure the Catalyst was pretty quick). Although still, our apologies for that. Cisco products rarely fail.

Still waiting for the answer. I even PMed Glenn and Darren here. Nothing. Like they are ignoring me. I keep waiting already for week! I'm paying everything in time. Not breaking any terms. I just want you to fix problem with not working PTR. I even sent you tutorial right from RIPE. You could at least answer me with updating situation...

The error lay on RIPE's side due to the IP Range we had, and it accordingly being still announced by another ASN for BGP.

It wasn't much of a problem, more of an annoyance. The IP worked, the fqdn hostname resolved, it was just the reverse-DNS that wouldn't resolve, and it only affected 256 IPs from our thousands.

No, it's back up now. It unfortunately went down during the transfer process (as we switched to bring it to the same ICANN Registrar as rapidspeeds.com etc is under).

Yes, thanks for clearing that up :) it was only 1 specific /26, everything else worked and resolved perfectly.
 
Darren, Gavin, Nathan are good ones in support. Others must be trained properly.
Kindly look into this seriously Darren.

Also, I've never seen Sales support in live chat. But support is always online to give Sales chat, not support.

Bought another VM today and I can only confirm that the setup truely is instant.
Even the identity verification process was finished within 1 minute.

Pankaj... normally people would complain it's always sales online and no support, we're the exact opposite :D Sales come thick and fast everyday without the need for the live sales chat which is why we never really bother about it, but as you've pointed it out, i've been taking turns with another agent to cover sales as much as possible... we have several staff members assigned to various departments (from networking, to live chat support, to irc, to answering tickets and for the various forums etc we are on).

Anyways, i'm sure you have already seen this in action as i'm positive we spoke this morning on Live Chat :)

To sum it up, not only will Live Support be available for most of the day (always 16+ hrs), we'll do our best to keep Live Sales active too.

they won't cheat you, just submit ticket and give the payment prove. they will take care about this.

my invoice per month almost more than 750 GBP in rapidspeeds, and always clear. nothing have trouble with their payment system.

This is really scam service. I bought them 3 month vps. But they suspend my vps after 2 month with reason : do malware ????? i never know what malware is. I just use vps for private torrent.
Supporter ask me to pay them more to unblock IP address ? like shit.
Changed to Buywindowsvps.com =) goodbye scammer
