Rapidshare locks accounts

A week ago I noticed that it was impossible for me to login on my Premium accounts at Rapidshare.

Because they didn't inform me why, I asked for the reason, so I wrote an email to RS. After my third email I got an answer:

Below the answer of the RS abuseteam:

Hello,

we have been informed that you have uploaded illegal music files to your account.

Because of this violation of our terms and conditions, we make use of our right to close your account.

In such circumstances, we will block access and/or delete accounts, including all contents.

Please note, that it is not possible to unlock closed accounts.

We strongly recommend that you make sure to avoid copyright infringements in future, in your own best interest.

My advice, don't use Rapidshare anylonger, because you have a serious risk to loose money (rapids) and more worse all your uploads.

Exactly. I hate these threads. To try and set the record straight before any more of these stupid replies all file hosts ban accounts. They ignore what you've uploaded until they receive a complaint and then they take action. It's the way it's always been. Same goes for website hosting companies etc. If your hosting warez linking in the US your fine until you get suspended.

My only intention was to inform members here, what happens to me, nothing more.
It is for me the first time in doing 3 years Warez that this happened and losing 25000 rapids and 3000 files is not funny. Also my second account with no files on it (never upload a file here) is blocked.

Everyone can and may make his own conclusions, and I allways will respect these.
