We have created http://www.rapidshare.is now and is ready for everyone.

It is in Beta status and will have following restrictions as start:

100% Free
Max. 1 GB File size per file.
No download limitations
Files will be deleted after 60 days inactivity

No streaming is possible - For example, many forums doesn't allow file hosting with streaming feature, so this is the right host for you.

I can only put it on Tier 4, is that ok? I will consider $10 min payout, but the thing is PayPal and Payoneer doesn't like small amounts, but I can seperate from it and Webmoney, Bitcoin and ETH can for any sum. Do you accept it also?

I just realized it was 1,2,3,4 for 1k downloads.

Thanks you for the feedback... I would like to see starting traffic first, before optimizing it further.

You can still split files into 1GB parts. I find it fair, because we would show more advertisements and sell premium better. Of course, as premium user, you could have unlimited filesize.
