I want to make one thing clear. I didn't share my account.
I've been using this account since a very long time and everything was great and I loved your service.
I don't have the transaction ID nor the email used at that time.
If you check the log you would see that I've been using the account for along time from the same IP address from *******.
The files I have are of great importance to me and losing them would be a disaster.
Ive been getting mails from you with my security lock and other information.

I've also extended it before few months and yesterday there was like *** days left for my account but I
was planning on extending it using the points I've earned.
this email address have been used for the account for a VERY long time.
Please help me get my account back. I don't know how else I can prove that it's mine.
