I will only upload 2gb files to my new <3 premium account from now...

1) You use too many differerent IPs. RS assumes you're sharing it with other people.
2) Before you get the final chop, you get at least 1 or two warnings in where they have changed your password. If it persists, they will close your account. Yet you kept on using multiple IPs.
3) The only way to buy a Premium account is through RS or their official resellers.

You didn't follow the rules on at least three points.
