rapidshare blocked my account... PLEASE HELP

hi all

so this is what happened

I use my account for myself ONLY. the point is that sometimes i use it with rs2rs or with rapidleech servers

I also use RUM

yesterday, Rum was giving me a stupid error but I had to use the account so I logged in using VPN


this screwed everything up

after few min

Rapidshare detected my account as FRAUD as it said it was used by several users


so I mailed them about 9 hours ago telling them this

I don't know why this happened. I am not sure whether it was hacked or what.

I still got no reply

I wonder what I am supposed to do

the account has LOTS of files and points and I really tried hard to earn them :'(

well tbh next time don't use your premium a/c for uploading instead use a collectors a/c for uploading.!!

d reason behind your a/c getting blocked is due to that u may have used d a/c simultaneously with rl for yourself with rs2rs or RUM..

n may b u have got earlier some 2-3 mails from RS regarding your a/c being shared..

if u brought this a/c from rs reseller or directly from rs.. then something can b done.. otherwise if u got it from someone who generated u dis a/c.. den sorry..!! :(

this can't happen to me!

it had like 350 gb of files and almost 75k premium and 65k free points!

Anyone know how fast they reply to emails?
I would think even 9 hours is a short wait....I'd give at least 24-48 before I'd panic...

d thing is that u can get it back if u bought it directly from rs or from a resller.. not from one who generated u a a/c..!!

Tell him that he should contact us to verify you as the account owner of the

they will reply on monday no worries man just chillax they will reply i promise.
and no don't send another email.
they will email you with this question "are you sharing your account you just reply no"
and that's the end of story after that they will send you another email in few hours later with rapidshare account information and another password so you can login and don't share your account mate cause next time they will ban and block you if this happens.
 
Happened to me yesterday, well not for the same reason. They replied after several hours - make sure you ready your paypal transaction ID.

if you will use your account more then three IP they will block your account, so be careful next time. just send them an email and they will send you your new password.

my opinion is that
person who sold you the account might have used hacked account to redeem points.......
and as ARI said always use collectors acc for uploading if u are a remote uploader or RL user
