rapidshare blocked my account... PLEASE HELP

so this is what happened
I use my account for myself ONLY. the point is that sometimes i use it with rs2rs or with rapidleech servers
I also use RUM
yesterday, Rum was giving me a stupid error but I had to use the account so I logged in using VPN
this screwed everything up
after few min
Rapidshare detected my account as FRAUD as it said it was used by several users
so I mailed them about 9 hours ago telling them this

I still got no reply
I wonder what I am supposed to do
the account has LOTS of files and points and I really tried hard to earn them :'(
any suggestions?
