Since the server is new, Subdomain may take time for DNS propagation. However, You can access your account with temp URL till then.

hey man its not working for above 12 hours and its just 1 day since i bought this..i have unmetered plan so it doesnt have to do anything with the new server since you said its for uploaders premium only and still no reply through support ticket

Unmitered plan has nothing to do with the new server . The New Server is Only For PowerUploader and TF+Rl hosting . The Datacenter Where the unmitered plans are hosted are having some problems it will be fixed soon . For the down time evey one will get 1 week Free on there package
