wierd, my server went down for some time now =\
any idea?

As told by datacentre, there is some problem with the datacentre and they are working on it.

I'm sorry but it may cause a reinstall of the OS.

Hi,

I`am not flaming this Thread.

To all RL clients of all RL providers this is a common comment .


All RL clients Need to understand that 100MBit Connection ( 10mbps upload/download speed ) gets splitted when there are multiple clients access the same server .

Let take 1 server has 15 clients . In that 3-4 are online at once using the service at once . So the 100MBit Connection ( 10mbps upload/download speed ) is divided in that 3-4 clients and depends on how many connections those clients open .

So by now you can understand that why you get 5-8 mbps once and sometime you get 200-500kbps other time .

To provide constant 5-8mbps provider should have 1Gbps connection . Which is at present available for not affordable prices. :-s

It depends on the traffic which is on the server & how many connections simultaneously its connected with it .

This comment is not to offend the sales thread creator nor all the RL clients .

This comment i wanted to add from past 3-4 months . Waited for some other hosting provider might have understood the situation and would add in their sales thread . But non did :( .

The Providers do their best to optimize such a way that all get good speed . So my request to all clients that have patience , you will get best speeds when there is less connectivity on the server

So added this comment ..

Lol I never meant anything to the provider . My whole comment was on let client know how the RL System works on the Dedicated or VPS Servers and how clients get the connection speed for their RL service.
So that there wont be any misunderstanding in the service . which i have seen in many RL Sales thread .
 
i have no problem with the service,it is the speed of the support that is an issue for me.. having to wait sometimes days for a responce to a support ticket isnt good business
