What about the downtime faced?got a mail about refund,but didnt get it yet.
atleast we will get our account extended?
i am using ur tf and rl so loss is not vey small.
 
We will credit back each client upto 50% of his last paid Invoice depending upon his plan and length of downtime.

We are already creating new accounts and giving them credit back, :)

@vikass I bought an account and received the acc details.

But when I click the temporary URL I get 404 Not Found page.

The server can not find the requested page:

We have disabled accessing accounts via IP based URL. Now, You must wait for DNS Propagation to take place OR you can use a Proxy OR use OpenDNS as your DNS server, :)
