@RK i know your problem you want to upgrade but currently we are having problems with few servers

@Hatred your seedbox details should had arrived as soon as we recieve the payment i will just check and tell u the details
 
I've been scammed by many of these companies in the past, it's good to see these people offer a full discount if we aren't satisfied. :)

I've just placed an order, lets see how it goes. :) I'll leave a long feedback with everything and how long it takes to RAR, download, speeds, etc.
 
@4tw we are not like other hosts and we provide 24/7 support to our clients only sometime we may become late in responding a ticket we have good threads at rapidleech.com and now wjunction too

Plan: Unmetered Personal (Rapidleech)

Speed? Isn't stable, it went up to 9000kbps, but at average was around 1000-2000kbps, which is very good.

How long to leech 200MB? As the speed isn't stable, I got various results on each try, I tried 4 files (#1: 45s, #2: 111s, #3: 122s, 4#: 132s)

UNRAR/RAR? Yes, speeds are great, smooth as ever!

Was the setup fast? Yes, it was, came within seconds after payment was made.

What I don't like: I was sent the information to the cPanel and was asked to set my own RSLeech up, I wasn't given any guides (I'm not fussing, newbies will find it hard though, I had no problem) I did check their FAQ and it had simple tutorials on how to do it, anyone should be able to understand it, but I'd think it would be better if it were setup before sending it to us.

That's about all, I think it was a good deal, worth the price and all, good company, I'll consider extending for sure. Recommended. :)

Thanks for the review . Well most of our clients tell us to give rapidleech preinstalled but then there is a problem you wont get the account soon untill a staff member comes online see's your order then installs rapidleech . So we have made an faq section on how to install .

You can have a option while ordering where the user gets to select:

  • Install wrapidleech by myself (how to)
  • Get rapidleech preinstalled (will take 24hrs)
I think that would make things easier for the newbies, also it would be nice if you guys worked on a much neater Email template which also included the link to the FAQ. ;)
 
Right, christ knows what's going on with my account now.

Ordered on the 16th, said i've gotta wait for abit so did.

Got an email saying it's being setup please wait upto 24hrs ( so i did )

Got another email today, with new login details ( IP + password etc )
And bugger me it's not working :/
 
We are really sorry but some one corrupted the mysql server so the tf servers are not functioning we are working on it and are trying our best to fix it
 
All TF Plans are working fine now, :)
@Hatred : If you still have any problem, Just PM me or open a support ticket and I will take care of it.
