So wheres the best place to buy?

If you deal with primarily Hotfile IM shubhnak008@hotmail. I have tried everyones on WJ and his is the fastest with Hotfile. No one else even came close.

constantly downloading and upload at 10-13MBps with hotfile.

^@Trueno, any hostgator server will give you that speed for hotfile. their servers are based in the USA, so you'll get good hf/st up+download speeds and unbelievably bad rs/mu speeds.

look for a server located in Europe, or to be specific - Germany.
that will give you the best ul/dl speeds for RS, but you might have to pay a little more.
