how i can change wallet, when payout is on pending from 24:00:00 ? thats my problem, payment is on pending now.. and how you contact them? by ticket? or they have live support somewhere?
 
RG is currently cheating extremely. I already had a discussion with the support team, but they are not interested. I have also provided evidence. The only thing that helps is that everyone here contacts support about this cheat all the time. Only a maximum of every 3 to 4 sales will be refunded.

The problem has always been that not everyone sticks together. The mentality of working against each other (money is usually the reason) is stronger than sticking together and demonstrating unity.
 
rg not shaving a sale for direct download links.they shaved a sales from any particular sites..
Because some time Not getting a sales from any big board then next month other site on this list..then next month i have getting a sales from previous shaving group's site..
 
they are hardcore cheating with direct download links. i toled you before. But just post here something didnt help enyone. Just contact them and toled them that you have enought of cheating. and yes maybe we work together we can bring rg to stop that

Yeah same happened to me on 17th of january this year around 20 or so refunds same time .
