Today I received a message from a user on my site that he bought yesterday a premium for 6 months through my site and my file. But I don't have this sale in my statistics. Sent sales information to support. I wonder what they'll say to that. Looks like a shave.

this is why they put sales on hold, what an unreasonable arrangement
user need to download that file or any file of yours?

Anyway, they added the sale manually or sale counted after user downloaded the file?
