Today I received a response from rapidgator support. They wrote that the user did not download my file after the purchase, but did it later, and that the sale did not count because of this. A strange excuse, of course) But the money for this sale was added to my statistics. The question is closed for now.

this is why they put sales on hold, what an unreasonable arrangement
user need to download that file or any file of yours?

Probably junk which not been downloaded for years. Their storage is not elastic. If you use a lot of space, make sure that files are published and bring trafic.
