If I want to get sales, then how much minimum file size is recommended and what are chances to get sales per 1000 downloads? Any expert can give an opinion please?

nothing for sure 1000 download for any sales, maybe 0 or 100, important your traffic and your content

it's a decent filehost thats been around a long time, not a shit XFS site, free download is not impossible, allowed in every site, 60 days until delete is good.
A bit on the expensive side, but you can get debrid for light usage.
Overall a good choice compared to the competition.
