I dont underSTAND why min fee 2 USD ?? if you request 100$ fee is normally 0.5$ then they force us to request a payment from 400$

its not 0.5% if I request 50$ I have 2$ fee not 0.25$ I must request min 400$ to have 0.5% Fee not everyone win $400 every week
