when you get a complaint on RG from post@webkontrol.com, why would the IP that shows in the complaint be a private IP (10.*)? every other complaint usually gives an IP of a mail server, not a private IP.
They wouldn't have DMCA compliaints originating from withtin their own network, would they?

Yep ,me too, people often talk about lamenting cheat sales are silly, but I have a small group of people I work with, and when there's a lot of sales, when there's a little sale, there's even no sale, we are strangely similar even though everyone uploads different content
It's cause they were too stupid to realise that paying webmoney users early would result in them abandoning their account for new ones so we get shaved for them to make back their losses. If you didn't see that before my post then you need to give your head a wobble and question your own intelligence.

They can track such accounts and ban them. Nobody is going to move all his files to new account and replace hundreds of topics with new links.
Moving files takes no time with rapidgator, md5 and filesize is all you need to transfer instantly using api. Forum posts editable and can be automated, and site owners can change links even easier. Only needs a couple scripts to avoid having to pay money back. Doubtful that RG would go to the trouble of tracking and banning accounts which would take leg work when they can just shave back their losses instead which takes none.
