Downloads count is frozen but sales count is working. They probably did a mistake while activating the shaving mod :-=

to madvpas & vipking - The payout to Paypal with $15USD minimum payout, and they charge 4% to do it.


to porosmamun - You have to write Customer Service to ask why you didn't receive payment.

I was supposed to have been paid yesterday (May 18 notified payment on June 18) but haven't received it; I think they wait 32 days for payment, so I'll wait until Monday to see if it transferred.

Your payment on June 04 is 15 days ago; something went wrong in the transfer. Followup with RG.

Paypal probably charges RG to transfer funds, so RG passes the cost to users who want this payment method. I don't know when RG started this payment method. 4% I don't find unreasonable. Some of their other charges are too expensive. I think transferring to a regular credit card is a flat fee plus a %.

RG would have no reason to absorb the Paypal fee.
