Advice

Please, someone advice. I have both PP and WMZ set-up in my profile. Yesterday would have been my first affiliate payment. I did not receive the payment. The amount is under 80 dollars. Is the non-payment due to
1. having both PP and WMZ accounts?
2. The amount being under 80 dollars
3. other reasons?

Anyone with insight, please help.
