Hello,

There was an issue in our system, that was calculating downloads from same IP by same day as we consider to not count them.
So from now on, unique IP downloads will be counted as one download per day.
The following table shows some IPs and the count of their downloads today from your files

But as it issue from our side, so first I hope that you'll accept my apologize, and I will send you 20$ instead of your today's payment which is 3.5$, just may request your payment.

Dear All,

Few hours ago we had our server deactivated, this is because a file uploaded by "independent".
Hosting company deactivated our account temporary because of that file.
This file contains Under 18 Pornography.
The file was password protected so we couldn't figure out that issue before, as he uploads all his files like this.
Hosting company sent us the following message:

In accordance with The Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations 2002, (specifically Part 19) if any of the apparent unlawful content is on your servers then you should act expeditiously to remove or to disable access to the information.

The IWF is the UK internet Hotline for the public and IT professionals to report child sexual abuse content hosted anywhere in the world and criminally obscene and non-photographic child sexual abuse images. The IWF works in partnership with the online industry, law enforcement, government, the education sector, charities, international partners and the public to assist UK service providers combat the abuse of their systems by operating a notice and take down service to alert hosting service providers of criminal content within the IWF remit believed to be found on their servers. Reports made to the IWF in line with its procedures will be accepted as a report to a relevant authority by virtue of a Memorandum of Understanding between Crown Prosecution Service and the Association of Chief Police Officers concerning Section 46 Sexual Offences Act 2003. This MoU also acknowledges that those professionally involved in the management, operation or use of electronic communications networks and services need to be re-assured of protection where they are acting to combat the creation and distribution of images of child sexual abuse.

We have downloaded a copy of this material and we have alerted the Child Exploitation and Online Protection Centre (UK) who will inform your local Police Service. Please ensure that the material is preserved and not deleted or discarded until advised to do so by a Police Officer.

Our server was down for hours because of this.

So according to that and as we prohibits pornography, we've blocked the user "independent"account.
