Question With CSS navbar

Hello guys..My site's navbar was done in css..

I happened to go onsome sites and find their navbar awesome...that is when i move my mouse on the buttons its like slow motion . =)

How to do that??

go to the site. right-click, view page source. gud luck.

Get Dreamweaver CS5. Open the site in Live View, switch the split code mode, select the Inspect button and hover over it.

You'll see the code instantly.

there's no easy way to do it.
It's done using jQuery and possibly Ajax.

Google for jQuery tutorials and you figure it out.
