Question about my Webmoney registration

I created an account in Webmoney, I used cellphone verification, the default account is Keeper Mini and I haven't installed any software. I've fulfilled the information in the Passport form and I see that my Verification status is: Formal passport. I'm aware about restrictions here:

But I'm not sure what table should I check.

So in this scenario, my questions are:
  • Can I receive funds (i.e. from a filehost) without problems?
  • Can I use an exchanger if I decide to send money to a paypal account?

I know thare are several webmoney questions from other users, I hope you can help me.

I'll wait for the funds and I'll comment.
About exchangers, I won't talk about a specific website, I'm just curious about the process since it's the first time I'm going to use this kind of service, so I assume:
  • You fulfill a form with your Webmoney account, Paypal account and the amount.
  • You receive a payment request in Webmoney
  • You pay that and then you recieve the funds in Paypal
Right?

When I click that section I get this:
