Hi, I just registered to ask: has anyone had their premium account deleted before?
I'm asking because I haven't been able to log in, the forgot password feature says my username doesn't exist, and support haven't replied in several days.
I originally got a Putlocker premium account mid last year, so I've had it for some time. The account was renewed until the end of this year.
I had uploaded over 10TB of data, which stayed after the Firedrive migration, although I could no longer upload new files, nor renew the account (without upgrading).
I've never had an issue in the past, and, although I rarely contact support, Putlocker support was quite responsive and generally helpful.
I was able to log into my Firedrive premium account, until about a week ago. I got no notice of what the problem is whatsoever, and support are unresponsive. I sent a support ticket, and a few days later, contacted their email (general@firedrive.com) but have not received any response from either. And the only thing I was asking, was about why the account appears to be gone, which I'm sure wouldn't hurt them to answer.
I feel that the Putlocker -> Firedrive migration not only made the hosting offerings worse, but also their support. I'm a bit annoyed that Firedrive don't seem to care about their paying customers.
Anyway, again, just asking: has anyone else here experienced something similar?
