You should allow your users to make custom URL for streaming their videos like netu.tv is doing. Incase your domain gets blacklisted atleast user can stream content from their subdomains.

Normal and ZOOM Upload and API upload work well, the single slow are remote upload because not depending on our servers speed.

What country you are?

Are you tryed other method like ZOOM upload to see if you have same results ?
