Hello aishamontreal

Can you give me some more detailed information about the url that is notified to you by kaspersky?

That way I can easily identify what the ad is causing that, because i scanned the site and no problem.

It happens sometimes to not generate image for certain clips but no problems you can PM me with files add me on skype and i fix all files for you.

UPDATE!

I checked your account and reason that you no have thumbnail on videos are:

1. You uploaded mp4 corrupted files that are not playable.
2. You select the box that you don't want our servers to convert your videos.

Whose files are u checking at ?
I can play the files.

I check that box because the files already small size 90mb only and mp4 format, so I should let it convert mp4 to mp4 again ?

Sorry for that i checked other account. Yes is not need to reencode the videos that are mp4 files but in few case the thumb is not generated correct.

I try to fix your files.

Hi Delman,

Due of so low cpm on ad networks on 2020, the reason is add another one.

BUT,

Pops are only for free users, this keeps the cost of the servers, webmasters and others. Because we do not want to create disruption related to payments to our uploaders.

AND,

On Adblock enabled show only 2 or 3 or nothing.

If you are uploader i can give you 1 month free premium, if you are watcher, to remove all the pops need to buy a premium account.
