Originally I thought they weren't going to be good, because I had a problem with DNS propagation right off the bat.

However, their support helped solve my issue immediately, and even offered me a refund after my 7-day grace period if the problem persists.

One of the best and professional hosts I have ever used.

when i try to login in client panel , or try to send a support ticket to get the compensation i get this error ;

Can not safely connect to server. This can be caused by a problem with the server, or a client authentication certificate that you do not require

Error 107 (net::ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR): Fout met SSL-protocol.
 
We are still to setup the SSL back. It should be done by today evening. Our priority was to reinstate your accounts therefore that's not done. Don't worry, I will take your request here itself and do it right away.

So should I just wait until the prismhost.net website is back up again or is there a way to access cpanel right now?
