The rule your thinking of is:

Sale or trade of accounts including Download accounts, VIP accounts, Premium Accounts, ad words, Credit/Debit cards and ebooks is not allowed. This includes the inclusion of such accounts to promote other sales.

This is a gift card. Not a credit/debit card or anything else above that's not allowed.

If I am misunderstanding then could a mod kindly close this?

If it was used (which it isn't see my proof of ownership pictures), you could still chargeback on PP and get your money back even if it's sent as a gift.

And again, if your not going to buy it then don't post useless things in this thread.
