How about a point system for the forum if a point system were added then File and Web Host section you should need 200 to 350 post to post in these sections this bring in more post and points. So if the point system were added anybody with 2k+ post would get 100k points 1k post 50k points 500 post 25k points and points could not be used for 60 days after starting this to give everyone a change to get points. Points could be used for a name change or a small banner created for your sig are just 2 ideas for points.
Another idea if everyone does not like a point system you could just do rewards by post count like 500 to 750 post could be for a small banner created and 1500 to 2k post a name change. Something really needs to be done to this forum to get more posting it so dead the file host section is getting about 60% of the post on this forum.
