Its normal speed for me it is hosted in Vietnam so might be a valid reason for it being slow

Suggestions:
Get your own favicon
Logo could do with abit of work
Whats with the Earthball i suggest you remove that its pointless and kinda privacy invading don't like it at all
Nice skin makes me want to lick the screen
Overall nice site simple skin nice work
