To be honest your site looks like a scam to me( no offense). Things like this really reinforce that thought

Software Directory - Download Now

Scam for what? I ain't selling anything. It's a software directory site like download.com or softpedia.com. The developers can submit their software and editors can review and rate them, and the visitors also. If the product it's a shareware the "buy now" link redirects the visitor to the developer's page or a product page from regnow or shareit (witch I am sure that you know that are legit)

Maybe you looked in the wrong direction. I was asking for a review for the design, logo, etc

All in all, design wise, it's looking good. I'd just go for a better logotype (current one ain't that bad though), and a more professional looking "Certified by Downloadnow.us" image.

I am usign ESoftScript Pro v 5.3, But the design is unique, created myself by editing almost 100%(forgot the social media, thanks for the heads up) of a theme from other website that is using the same script
