If is possible free. Not gk plugins and not vidfetch
And to i can add captions into stream video

I want to embed a video with subtitle,so people from my country can watch movies and understand what characters are saying...

mate u need to get a video first that has subs then u would need to embed it
so first find videos with subs :D

I want to add subtitle to video withouth subtitle...
I know it could be done by GK Plugins or Vidfetch,but I'am want some free solution.Understand now ?
