That's impossible, that filemanager can access all files in root, you can only lock the filemanager using HTACCESS with HTPASSW.

Folder RAR i chmod 777
all file in RAR chmod 777

Yes sBorg doesn't have this issue :P.

And delete everything in files folder, also check your accounts. Enable direct download option too.
