I say AlertPay.

Only because there aren't "random" routine investigations which create a major headache to sort out. Paying for servers some how warrants this. Annoying!

Paypal is OK but after you pass all their security checks. You got problem with that, go with Alert then.

Paypal all the way.. there isnt many,if any domain registrar that accepts AlertPay.. and i have even suggested it to friends that sell scripts and other services online to use Alertpay as an alternative,all saying NO.. so chances of me every using them are slim to none

I agree paypal is famous but the fact is that they only need paypal for eBay,eBay is their main business.They don't think others.They want to tun their business (which is eBay) through paypal.
