Paypal premier or business?

i have a new website now (filehost) and using paypal for receiving payments. Right now am holding a premier account. i had like 3 disputes so far. Should i upgrade to a Business account? i dont have a business address or registered as a business. What should i do so as not to get limited by paypal?

dont use paypal.just close your business and move.that`s the best advice.

I read somewhere on the forum that PayPal protects buyers. It is not good for sellers.

i don't think upgrade AT THIS POINT will be at all beneficial...just resolve those disputes with refunds and move on....

stuff like this you can fight later on with a no-refund policy but since you're just starting out and it's a fresh PP account, you're better off NOT fighting it and not further escalating it.

Business is better, if you get enough turnover they will give you a discount off fee's and you get a personal account manager.
