Does anyone use it? Do they charge a fee every time you make a purchase? I'm thinking of getting it and need people opinions who already have experience with it

well i dunno abt paypal but im using epassporte visa electron and so far its been awesome....

They are simply awesome. You can use them anywhere even at ATM machines.

Ah, I might get it then, What I do is transfer to my bank and use my debit card. This would help me since your only limited to transfer $500 a month to your bank account and also takes like 4 days to transfer 8-)
