Why would the Indians say Bye to Paypal ? Not needed.
Yes ,You can withdraw money to your bank account which is most important.
Rather Sad part is you cannot pay for Goods or Services online, but you can always Get a Credit card, and if you dont have one may be a Debit card or fastest is VCC .

Right! say most of them start using AP to accept payments,
but the sender should have AP account, many will prefer to go to a Merchant accepting Paypal instead of Registering on AP.

Also, yea, I pretty much believe alertpay will get monopoly now. Matter of fact, even though paypal works fine in other countries, webmasters of others countries are associated with indian webmaster in some or the other way.

Well Arvendu made a point.
If PayPal has to change its policies because of RBI then AlertPay will also have to.

Indian Credit cards won't work with PP.

You can always use a VCC or NetSafe Card (HDFC)

well i'm going to stay with paypal .... if paypal bends ... i would say lets bend a little too ... will not harm much..

but yea on the other hand i'll also start using the other sites like AlertPay, MoneyBrookers and ofc liberty reserve

Credit Cards will work for sure...

These are temporary problems...in 2010 also ...there were issues but got resolved...so also this one...no need to be panic..

Those who need a Credit card..make a FD with ICICI bank...instant credit card...in SBI go for advantage credit card...u will get it for sure with in 2 weeks time..just verify ur PP and get all the funds in ur bank account..then just watch the proceedings
