RL & sBorg. RL if you upload to lots of forums. I didnt like uploading using RDP's. Try out RL & sBorg and see with what you are more comfortable ;) Good Luck :)

Hhmmmm I hardly spread my uploads (too lazy :p), but Katz submissions gives me pretty good downloads :)

Depends on things like the file host you use, popularity of your uploads etc.. Suppose you are on HF Platinum and upload say 4-5 popular TV Shows a day and a couple of movies then you can make like 3-6$ a day. Entirely depends on the quality I would say ;)
