who still my PP account dont get limited? I put wrong info and wrong adressed but correct country.. only used a VCC to verify my account.. VCC=Virtual Credit Card..

If you give me 75% money of your paypal account I can remove the limitation. Chances to restoring account is 70%. Though you can try me. Because if I can't you will nothing be loosed but if I can, you will get 25% money of that account. Pm me if interested.

God damn why so much people still use this shit payment system. If you open an account with fake user date then dont wonder why you dont get the money back now. For such things use Liberty Reserve or webmoney.
