Pay per download is no doubt.

When I was with Hotfile I was making $30 per day with pay per download. But if I were to use pay for sale, the outcome would be terrible as I could only receive one or two referrals every few months. Keep in mind I was running a website with about 2000 unique users daily. Those who visited my website already had a Hotfile premium account registered elsewhere!

PPS its best if your runing a 30-40K UV Daily.

With 30-40k UV daily, either one you're laughing all the way to the bank anyway. You won't waste time worrying about pay per sale or pay per download :D
