mate actually first of all you are not giving accurate time of server back and i cant tolerate more hours i am just losing money one week extra will not make me happy then last way is to go for refund

i will come back again if service will blasting as i read in title.

You're funny. You can't go and come back whenever you want. Within 6 days, the servers are working. So you may wait. As you'll be given one extra week, you won't loose any money, okay?

I think guys not really care about the one week free.
(but it shows the attitude to customers. It's really great.)

The schedule by RDP service got to be stop is main trouble to me.
I'm not complain anything.
Just said what I think.
Although I used it just for two days, but it's really great.
Hold faith on it.
Trust the service will be better than better. ^^

Where is the problem? If you aren't earning something for 3-4 days, and you'll be given one free week, then you'll earn in that week what you've lost?

wow i have followed this thread quite some time. loads of happy customers. @op if ur system is down and client can give u pp transaction id then it should be fine.cause u can counter check with ur pp acc. holding someone's money when its your fault is unethical. sigh

Not the earning problem.
I know the earning can be recovered by the one week free.
But make a example as me.
I got to upload files everyday because new stuff keep showing every single day.

If I don't have a backup RDP or VPS to maintain my updated schedule, it means I can't share files as usual.
I got to work more hard after the service back.
It's a little tired.

Don't take too serious of what I said.
Just have a simple conversation.
I will wait for the server back.^^

By the way sSKKa's two RDP account is attrective.
Trust many people want to buy it from you.(if it bought $17)

i also bought 2 RDP and my customers also raping me :(
it is real tension , i understand the situation but my customers dont want to :(

7 day free is great support no doubt about it , but the loss of these running days also not deniable !!

otherwise i have to take refund for my customers !!
 
guys come down... let the server get up again!.. everything will be back again normal.. i hope they were doing there best ... i dont want to leave there service just wanted to fix everything fast.. nothing else :)

we gave one week. This means, it can take up to one week. So please don't badger us.

Actually, it is your fault that we had to remove admin access, which took some hours of downtime.
Now it's DC's fault, as we need to wait for the new details to arrive.

So please be patient.
