You should be able to open the file uploader. It does not require admin privileges, as far as I know.

Yeah it is offline.
But I think it's because they are doing some system updated.
Now what we can do is be patient and wait.
Hope it can be back sooner as possible.

we will give you 7 days of compensation. Don't think about this. You will pay for your time. If our system gets down, then it is our problem and you'll get free days!

It's your choice. It also depends on when you bought the RDP. If you were using it for some time, then you won't get any refund.

You can't buy anything in store and go there after 2 weeks and say: "No, I've tested it and I don't want it."

i just bough 2-3 days ago and already discuss about this matter with hamza he told me there is 7 days refund policy so please refund me as soon as you can
 
why we need to wait till system back :O is your money crashed with server? it against rule i want refund because of not reliable service and you saying wait till system back wow;)
I just don't want you to buy another RDP when you notice that the system is working fine again. So just wait, 'till the servers are working again and then test it. If you still want a refund, we can refund you.

mate actually first of all you are not giving accurate time of server back and i cant tolerate more hours i am just losing money one week extra will not make me happy then last way is to go for refund

i will come back again if service will blasting as i read in title.
